This calendar is updated frequently to include local as well as our national events. Please check back regularly.

    Mark your calendar and plan on joining us for the 2024 Spring Conference! The WP&BC Spring Conference is the premier event for benefits professionals and plan sponsors throughout Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from preeminent speakers on important employee, retirement, and benefit topics from local and national industry leaders.

    Session topics will include:


    Registration includes breakfast, lunch, and happy hour!


    Members Registration: $50

    Non-members Registration: $125

    New Member & Conference Registration: $150

Refund Policy

A refund is provided for a meeting reservation that is cancelled more than 72 hours before the reservation deadline for the event.  Therefore if the event is scheduled for 11:30am on January 21st you have until 11:30am on January 18th to cancel your reservation and receive a refund.  All paid events are transferable to another attendee for the same event.

Don't forget that if you are a member, you can invite colleagues from outside your organization to an upcoming lunch for free with your paid registration.  Its our way of saying thank you for encouraging others to join the WP&BC organization.
