Hiring and firing 401(k) service providers is an inevitability that every employer must deal with eventually. Depending upon the circumstances, these decisions are likely fiduciary acts, with wide ranging implications from investments to fees. So how should a committee properly exercise its duties in this area? Our speaker will review the best practices surrounding service provider selection and monitoring, including the changing provider marketplace, managing an RFP, when to renegotiate, etc.
