Join us for a basic overview of DOL investigation hot topics and other current trends that are shaping retirement plans.

We will focus on DOL initiatives such as:

  • Timeliness of participant contributions
  • Lost participants
  • Fiduciary oversight including monitoring of fees, investments and service providers
  • Participant communications and disclosures

We will round out our discussion with other current trends and some best practices around:

  • Automatic enrollment and automatic increase
  • Employer matching contributions and savings rates
  • Participant hardship withdrawals
