Presented by Donn Hess, Managing Director at JPMorgan Retirement Plan Services

How engaged are participants in retirement? And what can be done to catch their attention? This session looks at participant activity and some of the attitudes and psychology that drive it. We will discuss individual engagement patterns and develop participant personas to better tailor retirement messages. And what modern discussion of educational engagement can be complete without a look at social media? The session explores practical techniques to combine knowledge of participant behaviors with perspective on current media strategies to drive better outcomes.
